DAY 9: Ghost - Chandelure
late again coz studying blegh
i was a bit reluctant to include gijinkas this time round in pokeddexy but ehh trying to switch it up i guess.
a lot of the gijinkas i see of chandelure are all girls in ballgowns so i wanted to design a guy instead u_u
