Newspapers seriously use art they find online too often, without seeking permission from artists. I’m glad someone’s alerting the community to this… Art theft is still art theft.
As for me, I’m not quite sure how I can help, but I think that art style looks a lot like this user’s???I just so happen to be reading by, these newspapers here are pretty notorious for taking artwork and ESPECIALLY FANART DEAR LORD.

I tried googling them, but couldn’t come up with much information, most likely since they’re not based here… If anyone can come up with a composite post about all the artwork they’ve stolen though, I wouldn’t put it past the ability of tumblr to make a big deal out of it. If they’ve stolen this piece of art from tumblr, it wouldn’t be surprising if this weren’t the first nor last piece.

They’re based in my country, so I can send them a mail about this as long as the original artist asks me to. But yes there are several issues i’ve seen like this, though i lost those papers. But yes it’s better for the fandom to know that THERE ARE PEOPLE HERE WHO USE THEIR WORK FOR MONEY
