Whoa??? Crazy skill from all the people in my high school’s senior art class this year!
I said I’d upload a final copy of my own photorealism study last week when I could (unfortunately I only have my cellphone for pics so they’re awful but it’s better than nothing omg), but everybody in my class did such a phenomenal job that I asked a handful if I could upload theirs as well to show you guys what HELLA TALENTED PEOPLE THERE ARE IN MY SCHOOL??????
These were all done with graphite pencils, ranging from about 13 by 16 inches-ish at the smallest (and the left one in the bottom row was done with pretty much only an HB pencil holy crap Colly!)
Artists from left to right per row:
Brooke, Me
Colleen, Michelle

I got asked who/what my main artistic inspirations are, but I have a lot of them so I just put together a photo of my current ones!
1. That One Movie (sorry to anyone that has it blacklisted lmao), for its bright colours and its mood setting hues and stuff. It also has a dainty sort of look to most of its characters and I am notorious for that lmfao
2. Vibrant Moe, once again I have a very dainty style with big eyes and I like using soft constrasting pastels as well
3. Skyward Sword, for its gorgeous cartoony style combined with anime and a really nice painterly scenery
4. Wind Waker for basically everything like I couldn’t even break it down for you because it’s fucking beautiful and perfect in every way
5. That One Anime (do you see me dodgily avoiding people’s blacklists here) for its COLOURS, they’re just so bright and the show in general is really good at having pretty intense hues without looking weird or unnatural. Oh and that dainty thing rears its head again, what pattern are you talking about there’s no pattern here
6. Adori and this is really gay I’m sorry (ps if you see this and want me to take off ur pic I can 100% do that) but yep his colouring style is just so great and he knows how to do the whole complimentary colour scheme incredibly well and he made me actually like using red in stuff wow that sure is something
okay there we’re done that was embarrassing
